I have three cardigan welsh corgis (short legs but looong) that weigh about 50' each. Corgis are notorious for having joint and hip trouble, so I was looking for an affordable ortho bed for my three. Well....I've found them! These beds are wonderful. The dogs love them! I made the mistake of only getting two (I thought they'd share, silly me) so I'll probably be getting a third soon. The ortho foam is firmish squishy and molds to the dog's bodies. The denim cover looks very sturdy, the fabric is thick and the sewing seems well done and secure. I haven't washed the covers yet (haven't gotten dirty yet) but I imagine they'll hold up well. The waterproof inner lining is not a cheesy plastic nonbreathable lining that I was suspecting but a water resistant kind of fabric, also zippered for cleaning like the denim cover. The corgs and I are VERY happy with these beds!
